I built the user research process from the ground up to explore how professionals who work with large amounts of data but are not data scientists could adopt a new AI platform. Through 30+ interviews across industries including top-tier soccer trainers and educators, I identified trust barriers, learning curves, and real-world use cases. Insights from the research led to a product-market fit recommendation for the education industry. I also streamlined the UI and UX for onboarding, improved transparency of the AI’s outputs, and created a beta program to guide and gather feedback from early users, increasing adoption and engagement.
