Oliver Space’s Delivery app was no longer keeping up with business growth. The outdated concept was designed for tablet; However, during the Discovery phase, we learned that the delivery teams were actually relying on personal devices and external work-arounds to manage pickups, returns, and deliveries across multiple cities, creating communication gaps with Warehouse and Customer Experience teams and causing inefficiencies. I led research, MVP design, and strategy to streamline workflows, centralize information, and give delivery teams more agency to resolve issues on the spot. The redesigned app improved cross-team communication, reduced operational bottlenecks, supported scaling into new markets, and increased customer satisfaction.
